Chris Keane brings over 12 years of experience under George Condo’s leadership, starting as an estimator and growing into a key leader in project management, contract negotiations, client relations, and operations. Known for his steady leadership and problem-solving skills, he plays a pivotal role in guiding teams through challenges and ensuring project success.
David Massa
Sr. Site Superintendent
/Master Electrician
David Massa brings nearly 30 years of construction experience, including 15+ years alongside George Condos. A Master Electrician and seasoned supervisor, he’s skilled in all phases of construction. Known for his hands-on leadership and solution-focused approach, Dave fosters teamwork, accountability, and client confidence on every project.
